Overall good people and products. We do find that too often something says it's in stock but isn't. But then sometimes says it's not but is, so it can be a bit of a gamble when looking for something specific.

Indoor dog wash available in store, entry right next to the entrance so you don't have to walk your dog too far

Pleased to find friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff at Springfield Petbarn. Chris was great. My only concern is the cost of the products. I realise you pay for quality but find it hard to justify paying more for a packet of 500gm of dog food than I would for a good steak at a restaurant.?

Great place to find items to spoil your fur child. Super useful having a physical place to go to when they chew their harness and you need to still walk them. Also have some safe cookie treats to give them just because you love them

I asked 'what else could I use here that would make my walk with my dogs more enjoyable?' - the attendant didn't hesitate to make some really great suggestions and showed me some different collars (elastic shock absorber lead) I took them. I'm really happy about my purhcases. Thank you for not just fobbing me off and taking the time to show and tell. Great job guys!!
