Went in to have my Samsung screen repaired.Picked my phone up the next day, and the screen cracked later that day.I went back and the man was absolutely disgusting! Threatened me with physical violence while I was 8 months pregnant.He refused to repair the phone even though he had installed a screen that didn’t suit my phoneDO NOT GO HERE! He will not fix your phone then he will abuse you!

These people are the best! I needed the on button replaced on my Nexus 5 (known problem with these phones) and the first place I went to said it was unrepairable and wouldn't even look at it. Marty replaced it while I waited and only charged me $75 which I thought was very reasonable. I'll be recommending them to all my family and friends!

A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN. (Afterpay has some weird $30 charge added on from the company) Seems dodgy. So they do afterpay and zip with adds on from their company.Not a welcoming place.The customer service girl obviously doesn't enjoy her job. She has no customer service skills and no manners. She was rude on Friday and rude today. No hello or welcomning attitude. Her boss seemed to back her up. Dodgy place and phone seems marked.Don't go there.

Got a 'New' battery from here a little less than 4 months ago while getting my screen fixed, within the last week my phone has been turning off when it gets to 40% and am unable to turn it back on until I connect to charger, and starts charging at 0%Best thing is the 'warranty' that they have for a battery is only 3 months, a very very sad waste of $400, I could of bought a new phone for that, do not recommend ausiphones to anyone. Service was also poor.

I took my phone in to get the screen repaired. It was completed within an hour. The staff were great. I had no issues and it came with a 6 month warranty. VERY good pricing too, about half the price I'd been quoted elsewhere. Will be going back should anything happen to any of my phones in the future. Thank you!

I had to repair the cracked screen (LCD). Everything was done and after a month the back of the phone started to come off slowly and now my speaker and charging port doesnot work. Big No to this place!!!
