My family and I are very satisfied with the service provided by Active Community Group.ACG has been my parents' Home Care Package provider for a few years now. Right from the outset, General Manager, Brigitta has been on hand to provide all the assistance we required, in particular answering the myriads of questions we had.Our case manager, Liza has been equally helpful. Her hard work in keeping us abreast with regulation updates and checking in on our parents' welfares are some things that we find very valuable. She is also instrumental in the improvement of our dad's funding and care plans in consistent to his current care needs.Lastly, I would like to mention that honest communication is the key to a successful relationship between a client and their providers. So, I thank ACG for maintaining that with us, and also for constantly providing us with a high quality, caring and trustworthy care and support services.

The lady I spoke with was very helpful and took her time to answer all of my questions.She is very professional. Great customer service!

I wish there was a way to give a 0 star rating. Don’t be fooled by the cover. They are not who you think. They are actually scammers in the disguise of people who help elderly. They do the complete opposite to helping the elderly!! Disgraceful!!!! All of you should be ashamed.

The case manager was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. My mum is well looked after as they have staff who speak Cantonese and can communicate with her without any issues.

Heard that this home care company is good, recommended by many relatives/friends. We compared with few other providers. The staff are extremely helpful indeed, but they seemed to be very busy with a lot of clients. Still considering if that’s the one.

TOTAL SCAMMERS. Do not trust these people!!! Taking advantage of elderly people and scamming them of their money is unacceptable. In fact, fraud is illegal. Don’t forget that we can sue.

the worst experience with ACTIVE community group, totally liars, they don't deserve any star at all. they like cheating on their customers, don't trust anything what they tell you. their services are terrible. see u on the fair work.
