Don't waste your time or money with this company. Charged a call out fee. Then quoted an outrageous price of 1000 dollars to replace a circuit breaker. That wouldn't take long to fix and item to replace only cost 50 dollars technician adviced. Called someone else that could do the job for 200 dollars. Highway robbery. Should be ashamed to even be listed as a company.

Being a technology enthusiast, I had intricate wiring requirements for my smart home setup. Mr Emergency Electrical's knowledgeable electricians exceeded my expectations with their expertise and attention to detail.

My hot water needed a new element and thermostatA brand new one would have cost me $1085.They wanted to charge me $1500+Thats not included in the $141 call out fee.Not happy..

Waiting on electrician to arrive, receive text: 'Mr Emergency and Metropolitan are the same company, same technicians and same pricing. 'Metropolitan' signed van to arrive.' Didn't want to use Metropolitan due to ACA report about overcharging customers. Did not know when I paid the $141.90 callout fee, or I would NOT have gone ahead. Guy arrived and when I left him alone to turn on powerpoints, he proceeded to put his Metropolitan sticker on my powerbox. PRIOR to even giving a quote!! Read review of their technicians doing that without even engaging their business.. and yep! That's what they did!!! Received a quote for $1036 to replace a single circuit breaker switch. Told him it was a very high quote for such a job (which was also noted reading reviews whilst waiting for his arrival). Advised not accepting quote due to reviews and A Current Affair story. Local electrician attended the next day... $200 in TOTAL for a QUICK switch replacement. I do NOT recommend Mr Emergency.
