Watch out for kids on scooters riding around aimlessly, nearly knocked over my 84 year mum today, and many other elderly people... SERIOULSY, Coles Kotara, and the entire Westfield centre needs more security and ability to hold and search rogue kids who were up to no good loitering around the vitamin aisle trying to hide something in their bags, only to ride their scooters out the checkout nearly knocking over another elderly man...

Don’t normally shop there & for good reason. Went in before 9am on a Friday & the store looked like it had been ransacked. Disgusting way to display a store. Then to check out & have to do it myself. No actual checkouts open for the elderly customers. Tell me how you can’t just open a few registers when there were multiple members of staff hovering around the register area doing nothing anyway. Absolute disgrace of a store.

What a terrible store I never get what I need there lucky Woolworths is close the shelves are not really well stocked terrible layout of the store not very helpful staff besides the staff in the deli are always friendly

The Kotara store lacks something, but I can't describe it except to say that it may lack personality. Shelves are full and tidy, floor is clean. Didn't notice any staff except the young lad at the self service checkouts. He was polite.

No longer has any registers that aren't self checkout. Horrendous for doing big shops
