Had a lovely experience in Sassafras Sweet Co with my grandparents this weekend. The customer service was phenomenal. I was served by Brydie, she had a bright smile on her face and suggested some new lollies for my grandparents and I to try. You could tell she genuinely wanted to help, and have a lovely chat with us. It's this type of amazing customer service that makes all the difference in someone's day. I left the store with a smile (and some yummy treats). Will ne returning.

Gone way down hill since the change of management. Sweets are good but way overpriced and the ice cream is definitely a no go. Also why is there such vulgar items in the kids store?

We have been going to this shop for years but finally able to get back with the restrictions keeping it out of reach for months. So pleased to get back for delicious ice cream and Scottish tablet. Always friendly in there and great service. Today was especially good for a quick ice cream fix with my daughter. The lady gave my daughter some lollies for Halloween which made her day.

Cool little lolly shop in the heart of warrandyte. Featuring a range of mixed lollies, hard boiled candy, liquorice and ice creams. My son got a baf of lollies and it only cost around $3. There's a vegan section for dairy free chocolates and lollies. Plus a cool little mechanical horse out front. Fun for the family
