Solarwise

Recently we purchased a pool blanket from Solarwise. I think this is our third.As usual, the price was competitive, and the service impeccable. From our first phone call through our dealings with the office to working with a tradesman who turned up on time and left no rubbish behind him we were greatly impressed. Following an extensive scan of numerous pool heat pump suppliers in SE Qld, including taking into account where the products were made / assembled, business ownership, business reputation, and the quality and value of the offers, we decided to choose SolarWise. And to put that into perspective, we approached 5 different pool heat pump and pool cover suppliers. Having 3 phase power at our home, we chose the Miracle 341 3 phase heat pump coupled with a thermal pool blanket and wall mounted SS roller. As we already had a separate circulating system (never commissioned) dedicated to pool heating, we also had installed a pool pump for that specific purpose. We are delighted with the outcome. Bearing in mind we have never had a pool before (existing non heated pool at a home we purchased on Bribie Island), we did a lot of research to finalise our choice of suppler. While we are very happy our system, and it’s delivering fully to our expectations, probably the best thing about dealing with the Fitch family (long time part owners and in the business operationally) is that any issues we had (and they were minor) were addressed and resolved quickly. I found Solarwise reliable, honest, responsive, and do what they say. The Miracle 341 combined with a quality thermal pool blanket is doing a great job for us, we now have a 70,000 litre pool (currently set at 30 degrees) that we can use for most of the year. And with our 10KW roof mounted solar panels, the heat pump is costing us nothing to run with free power from the sun. Well done Solarwise.

Installers (solar hot water/roof) arrived on day stated with polite and quick tradies. Office staff also pleasant to communicate with too.I have just used Chris and team to replace my 11 yr old solar power system. After much research and many questions to Chris, Solarwise was again my pick. Chris and Sue were quick to assist and the friendly/professional installers turned up on time and were done with minimum of fuss. They weren't the cheapest quote but their customer service and quality inverter/panel brands and comprehensive warranty won me over. Thanks

After doing quite a bit of research, found that for a local supplier Solarwise had the best options available. Not forgetting to include great communication and an installation tech who knew his stuff. Am more than happy with the product and service provided.

I had a solar system installed at my sons place recently. halfway through the install I was informed that a pool was going in and that the original system would not cope with the extra demand. I contacted Solarwise and they reorganised the installation to a bigger unit and everyone is now very happy. Communication throughout the process was seamless, as was the installation of the system. I chose Solarwise as a result of a recommendation of a long term friend who had a solar system installed ten years ago by Solarwise. As such, I felt assured they were not a fly-by-night company and after sales care was not going to be an issue.

Solarwise did a fantastic job of installing solar on my house. The install took a few days because of intermittent rain, but Donna, their admin, was brilliant at scheduling to get it done as fast as possible. And Aaron was very patient with my newbie questions. It's been over a month now, and consistently providing free electricity during the daylight hours (as well as the credit for what it produces on top). I couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend Solarwise.

The crew were courteous and very hard working. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure no damage was done to our house. Provided a thorough explanation of how the system works. AAA+
