As a reviewer I decided to try my luck with this place. I got $20 fuel. I did not preset the Bowser. So I filled up $20.04.I only had $20 cash on me.I am handicapped and shuffled 60 m to the counter where I approached the woman who asked me for payment of $20.04 .. I told her I only have $20 cash and she said that will be $20.05. I said ok I have more cash in my carI shuffled 60 m back to my car.I' then drove my car closer to the entrance.When I approached the counter there was the guy standing there with my $20 cash in his hand and I gave him $0.20 and told him to keep the change.I just have to say really over $0.04???I know how to count a till at the end of a shift. I doubt Caltex will leave the $0.16 there for anybody else who is short-changed.

The end of the fuel price cycle and prices were still reasonably low. Probably not the norm but the late night window service was rubbish. The guy seemed really displeased to have to serve someone late at night. As I said probably not the norm " we can all be caught at a bad time. I'll no doubt visit again some time and if the service is better then I'll change my rating."

Not happy with treatment this morning. They turned petrol pump off because even though I was there supervising my son is not allowed to pump because technically he had to be 16. I just made it easier to go the BP or new 7/11 even if there petrol is more expensive.

I will never go there again was tolled over loudspeaker to shut door witch was ajar

I have just had the pleasure of being profiled as a drive off risk while I fill up out family car , even getting to the point of having to have my wife get out of the car before he would turn the pumps on ,I have never been so openly profiled and felt violated for spending fuel at your petrol station … and to top it off 3 other vehicles have came in at the same time and did not have any problems or profiled in any way , typically this is called discrimination and never before been so obvious

My son and I went to fill up with diesel last night and one of the bowsers wasn’t working there was no sign on the bowser and then this Lady started yelling through the speaker to move to bowser 9. And then my son had trouble with my Visa card and she told him she was going to call the police. I got out off the car and payed with my phone. My son was very upset by this rude lady. What has happened to customer service. Won’t be filling up there again.

I legit went in for some late night fuel V and smokes... man did I feel like I was the biggest inconvenience in that blokes life. That was some serious I hate my job" attitude. I spent nearly 9 years working for Coles express and I would NEVER talk to any customer like that... even if they were rude to me... get good or get a new job."

Great store to pick up the odd snacks and refuel your vehicle with competitive prices.

Picked up some gas at a really good price.Pity the workmen were not wearing masks, and they even serviced people inside with NO masks. Mandatory means you have to do it.No mask no service.....

The night clerk at midnight on a Friday acted like we were such an inconvenience. We spent $100 there, but we’re not prepared for the unfriendliness and bad attitude. It’s rare to see someone so obviously in the wrong job.Won’t make the mistake of stopping at this one again.
