B&D Garage Doors Perth

I recently had my roller door serviced by this company. The roller door is 20 years old but the motor is around five years old. I was worried the motor would need replacing but Steve was able to rejig the computers motherboard and it is working very well now. He also replaced the rubber strip on the door. I found him to be personable and very helpful and committed to doing a good job for me. Thank you so much!

I had Trent install my new Garage Door. From the quote in the Mobile showroom to the simple ordering process and the overall installation. The installer Trent did a perfect job, very neat and tidy and he even swept the floor in the garage and it’s so smooth and quiet and looks great.

Tried to organise a credit with these people. Pressed 3 for Quality, Credit or dealer service claims and the lady was rude because I'd called quality for a credit, not that it was an option. To then be transferred to credit and unbelievably they couldn't help me and was transferred to sales who said they couldn't help me so i was transferred back to credit and she wanted to transfer me back to sales but i told her they already said they couldn't help me so she transferred me again and some how ended up in a different companies Credit department all with out hanging up the phone... So i hung up and called them back pressing 3 again; only to be told the credit department had a whole different number completely. Tried to call them and it's shut. Amazing service guys.

Purchased a motor this year that was giving me issues because of the safety beam. Barry came out 3 times to fix the issue, he communicates great, was very accomodating and even though we didn’t get it the first time - managed to come up with a fantastic solution the second time. The door and motor itself is of unbelievable quality. Would recommend any day. Service is phenomenal.

We had a great experience with these guys. Turned up when they said door looks great.We had an issue with the door opener not being the wifi model but they sorted it ASAP and again turned up when promised to fit wifi module.Good company

I’m so happy with my decision to go with B&D Roller Door’s. Jake was awesome to deal with and constantly keep me informed with my order. I had a small problem with the door not closing properly, I phoned Jake and he came that very afternoon to sort it out. Their roller doors are a great solid door, that doesn’t rattle around once the sea breeze is in. I can honestly recommend Jake and his team to do a fantastic job.

Paint is peeling off over the entire door after only 5 years, no support whatsoever, they don't want to know anything about it.

very happy with the two roller dollars, the only problem we have is that the keys were supposed to be the same for both, but, unfortunately are not!

Quite frankly we love it! We went for the Panelift Icon and smart control-a-door, plus the insul-shield option as our door faces west. The insul-shield option dropped the garage temp significantly. The installation was excellent and so far no issues with the door. The door is also super quiet, unlike our old door. I kinda wish we had purchased the integrated camera as well…so will probably get that added when we get it serviced in a few months. I got quotes from other suppliers…but don’t bother as B&D pricing was way better. As for the product, it is excellent…I highly recommend it!

We had a garage door installed by an accredited dealer. Door was not level on the roll & so was never going to be level once installed. Finally after our insistence, the dealer got on to B&D who came out to check it.No joy, it's still crooked, there's still a visible gap under the door on one side and they are not going to replace it. It wouldn't cost them much to replace the door but they obviously don't care now that they have our money. GO ELSEWHERE!
