We have had the pool for six years now and it's been fantastic. I am not sure if this was one of their first pools produced, but we did experience a couple of issues with grout. What the cause was I am not sure, but the after sales service was second to none. No excuses offered or this is the first time this has ever happened. When can we come down and fix the problem was the response. Also the oringinal LED light failed after a number of years. I enquired about a replacement light. Jarrod sent down a new light free of charge. What a refreshing change

We can highly recommend the team at Allcast Precast as they made the whole process of the purchase & installation of our plunge pool so simple. Renee, David & Jarrod are always happy to answer our questions & Michael went beyond the call of duty when delivering the tank on his crane truck. We installed a heat pump, so we have all been enjoying our pool since mid August which has been marvellous. We are convinced that it has increased the value of our property & our lifestyle has certainly improved. Excellent value for money too.

Then after 3 years the pool developed a slow leak - NO procrastination - No it's not our problem - Jarrod's response We'll get it fixed straight away." Many thanks to Michael for installing our tank. We have a tricky site & it wasn't easy to get the crane truck in (& out again!). There were no complaints about it - Michael just rolled his sleeves up & got it done. He was extremely helpful & friendly.

This company caused major damage to my rendered wall whilst delivering a pool to my next door neighbour. After I offered to have a trades person attend to fix the wall I have heard nothing from them. Not only does it seem they are incapable of carrying their choice of trade but they also have zero integrity when corresponding with customers.

Great experiencing ordering our plunge pool. Equally as great product! I specified some different waterline tiles and their tiler made sure I was happy with the layout and finishing detail which I really appreciated.
