Went in store for some advice on new shoes, was helped by I think Leanne and she was so incredibly helpful. Knew all about the shoes and was able to help me pick the ones that would be right for me, even had me walk and checked out my walk to see what would be appropriate.

Shoes started to fall apart after 4 weeks and wouldn't replace with out sending them back to manufacturer. What was I meant to wear in the meantime. When you spend $280 you expect more than a month out of them. Staff didn't seem to care at all. Very poor service.

Disappointed was told back in November the warranty claim turn around was 3 days I’m still waiting for a new belt fantastic at taking money for a brand new Tredmill but the after care is terrible
