Rude lady in the kitchenno one was at the counter so I called out hello and when she turned around I said I’d just like a coffee and she said isn’t there a bell !!! I obviously didn’t see it because of I did I would have rung it.I then walked out without ordering. The lovely girl at the fuel counter apologised as she heard her yell at me. No wonder the restaurant was practically empty. I’ll never go back.

The service here is definitely appalling.Attached is a photo of chips I ordered and paid for in a meal deal but never received.I called the shop and instantly got attitude from the person who answered the phone.You can keep my chips and in return i will never come back for fuel or food.I would sign of saying thankyou but there isnt anything to be thankful about

Good place to park up o/night. Gets pretty busy,but once you got a spot,all good.Good Food and clean,hot showers always make life that bit better when your far from home.

Cannot believe your employee customer service POOR & RUDE0030am Thursday,, simply ask for works burger which was in writing on your screen aboveReply from Rude Old Cow behind counter we don't sell them go to McDonald's. She's Very rude to certain ethics!!Attn: BP Manager looks like this behaviour from your staff is ongoing do I need to email someone higher.

Worst customer service ever, I work 100 metres up the Rd and stopped there every day morning and lunch, will never go there again, service is disgusting, waited an hf gir our meals only to get half off what ordered then waited a further 30 mins for other half why our food sat on the counter, putrid

Very good costumer service under high work load conditions, So abit of a wait for my all day breakfast,but that all good it's a dinner not a fast food joint. Dude from the BP counter makes a good flat white 5 stars, young lady flat out getting food ready and serving as well ,Meal was really good, everything Clean and tidy ,

Most of staff are great. Food I'd great. But the manager is a deadset a-holeI have been living in my car for 2 months now and work nearby. I always buy everything there. I'm in there daily buying things and I only sleep out back when I have to. Today I had my number plate stoles while sleeping there and the manager wanted nothing to do with it. Got up me because I was 'living there' which infact I wasn't. I only stayed when I had to. He banned me from premisses today and didn't want anything to do with the stolen number plate that happened on site. Not very happy with this and will be seeking legal advice
