Always love going here. The staff and friendly and fast. Can only hope they are accurate lol. It's easy to sit in ur car while they do the counting and I'd doesn't matter how much you turn up with. We always turn up with a trailer full every time and they count it without issue. Sometimes there is a long wait but for the most part it's not a long wait time.

They are not serving customers without a mask, even if they have an exemption. However the staff are wearing masks incorrectly, under their nose. Very disappointing and shocking experience being yelled at like a criminal by the blonde hair lady, when my husband has a lung condition why he can not wear a mask, she still refused to service him and told him to go away, they are not serving him.

Absolute Rip OffWent here today with the most cans and bottles I’ve ever had. I normally go to Capalaba but thought I’d try this one instead. I had over $200 worth and they only handed me $95. The kid counting took my juice boxes/cartons (all eligible) then when he gave me money I noticed they hadn’t been counted. I asked and he said he hadn’t counted them yet. He then walked off and I could see he had put them outside of my view. So once he walked away I had to grab them back cause it seemed he had no plans of counting them OR giving them back to me. I really need to mention the kid was only 12-15 so not directly his fault but more of a reflection of the company.The phone number they give isn’t even the number of the company that ripped me off. it’s the number for the containers for change scheme.

Have been using this facility for over a year now and would normally give a 5 star rating, however not today. I returned, 6 boxes of stubbies ($14.40) some loose bottles about ($1.50), plastic bottles about ($2) and 2 full black garbage bags of cans. I know for a fact one bag contained 96 cans because my grandson and I had just counted them so I could pay him for collecting them, the other full bag would have at least 80 cans in. This would total at least $35. I got paid $20.80!!!!!I did query it with the staff member and they showed me the docket and they only had 53 cans!!!! Very disappointed.

Really friendly staff, fast and great service

Today I cashed my cans and was offered $30.60. I had already counted my cans because I'd heard stories of them ripping people off. I should have received $47. They gave me the difference but had I not counted them I would have been none the wiser. The integrity of the staff here is definately questionable. Imagine how many people they are likely to be ripping off on a daily basis.

These guys are ripping you off. Recently I've taken in bigger batches than usual and have received some of the lowest payouts ever. It's happened a few times now. My kids will be cashing in their cans elsewhere.

Don’t use them - they’re not honest. They short change you and pay you less than what they’re supposed to. A couple of times now I’ve counted my cans first and they’ve not matched 10 cents per can!

Thought this was under the retun it company we just took a jumbo garden bag full of cans here and it would of had well over $100 worth in it only to receive $20 when asked why they told my partner it's because they have to add tax I've never heard of this before or seen it written anywhere
