Poor experience from a supposed premier agency. We purchased a property in Balwyn north region and they did no handover what so ever on the property when or prior to us picking up the keys. They didn’t provide the security alarm code or side door keys which was extremely frustrating and terrible from such an agency. Wouldn’t recommend and Scarlett the selling agent went overseas the day we picked up keys to make matter worse and couldn’t be reached. Wouldn’t recommend
