Not sure if they are short staffed. It was 1 hour wait to pick up script. They told me I can leave & come back. I received a txt confirming my meds were ready for collection. I gave them plenty of time I went back after 3 hrs & my meds still weren't ready. I can understand at the time they were busy but 3 hrs later for it not to be ready & had to wait another 30 mins is bad. Not going to this one again.

This is the worst chemist in Melbourne!Very lazy employee.Many useless employee.9 pm, about 12 employee, some of them are talking,not working. And a girl cold-shoulder to my question. Then a young man was impatient to my asking. At that time, I felt veryhorrible. many unprofessional employee???

Very long wait for the prescription, could range from 15-30 mins wait. Just try to make you to stay and buy their product.Well that’s the scam part. Don’t attempt to buy anything there.Terrible refund policy. Everything now is considered as consumables and nothing can be refunded (eg vitamins, honey, off the counter medicine) unless u can prove them it is faulty, even you never bought open the product and return the item a few days later.

My go to place for prescription medications. Big, bright and a huge range of products on display as well as a large range of toiletries perfumes and health goods. Limited parking outside, but usually a spot becomes available soon.

If I could give this a 0 I would because staff themselves were rude and unhelpful same with the pharmacy area in which they did not help me appropriately and told me to go elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting

All I can say is one very, very rude pharmacist. She should not be speaking to customers. I took my prescriptions and told her to remove my name from the app. I will never be returning to that store. That pharmacist is doing a disservice to business. Such disgraceful behavior. This review should be no stars, but the comments will not publish without a star.
