Wanting to update our very long front fence and deciding to go with stain or paint (original stain) after visiting Steve he advised the pros and cons and gave paint colour samples. We decided to paint and the advice we were given was outstanding and the end result is amazing! Thanks heaps for all your help and advise on our visits.

Top shelf store I dealt with Dan the man!! Bloke was an absolute god send helped me out with everything as I know NOTHING about paint...go here if you need paint and look for Dan if you want epic customer service!! Thanks again Dan bloody legend!

Well I left a glowing review after shopping here several times in the past however my experience today was very poor. The man who served me looked like he just stepped off his fishing boat and was longing to get back onto it. He was most negative & unhelpful and hardly spoke a word. It seemed like a real effort to be at work today. A real let down after the great service we've received here in the past.

Excellent customer service, I needed to patch and re paint some damaged walls, donna went above and Beyond with service and advice, I have never given a review for anything but donna's customer service deserves 5 stars .

2 very poor experiences. Went in on behalf of my builder who only buys from here. They could match a paint sample but wouldn't give me the codes. My builder then went in and they hadn't saved the codes either.I decided to give them a second chance anyway. Walked up to the counter, got told the guy behind the counter would be a minute, waited several at the counter while the guy was on the computer and then he just walks away without saying anything. The woman behind the counter ignored me as well.What''s the point of going here when I can go to Bunnings and get a cheaper price and better service from a teenager.
