My Brivis central heating unit failed last Friday. I thought I would get Brivis to fix it, but had to wait until Monday for their call centre to open. When I got through, I was told that someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours to book a service appointment.After freezing through the weekend, I decided not to wait and started contacting local plumbing businesses. Some did not answer and one was busy for 3 weeks, but Brendan said he could be there the next day.Skipping ahead, the heater was replaced on the only day of the week without rain (part of the roof had to be removed to get the unit in). Now the house is warm again.In case you were wondering, the Brivis unit was 15 years old. Two faults were discovered that could have been repaired, but I took the advice I was given and agreed to a replacement. I looked inside the old unit, which was then in the back of a truck. It had a split heater tube with lots of black marks around the split. In other words, repairs would have been a waste of money.Brendan answered the phone every time I called. This is not faint praise. The team were well mannered and did a good job.After the heater was replaced, a Brivis agent finally called me. Not good enough.SummaryBrivis deserves zero stars. I really wonder how they stay in business.South East Plumbing and Electrical provided exemplary service and get 5 stars.

Brendan and the boys arrived on time to give a replacement quote for our central heating which was very competitive with others I had obtained. Brendan said they could remove and replace the old unit today. The whole job was completed very professionally and quickly. The new heater is excellant. Thank you South East Plumbing you can be proud of your staff. Well done.

Brendan, Steve and the team were great from start to finish. They were very friendly and able to communicate the issues with our storm water drain well. Would recommend!

Brendan & his team installed our ducted heating and replacement of our air-conditioning ducts, they were Punctual, Professional,Polite and Respectful of our home, ensuring any materials were removed and the house left spotless vacuuming areas after installation.I would highly recommend this team.
