Had a blown headlight on a BMW X3, had a go at removing globe myself but was tricky.Called in & they attended to straight away, after removal of globe which wasn’t straightforward, & a new one was not immediately available, I sourced a replacement globe close by from a local supplier, & returned then had new globe fitted. I then offered to pay, they refused payment & said it was not necessary as only a small job.I appreciated their attitude, it’s certainly a rare find these days. I hope to be able to give them some paid business on another occasion.
