If only we could give negative stars.1. We waited for more than five minutes in the drive thru whilst waiting for someone to take our order. I could see one of the staff wandering through the dining area with her headset on her shoulders, ignoring us. A wait is no big deal but seriously?2. Our food 90% was stone cold - even the allegedly fresh-grilled beef. Only a chicken burger was warm at best. The waffle chips were AWFUL.3. One of our party said her mushroom Angus burger tasted funny. Now she’s spent the last 24 hours with food poisoning. Not great for a middle aged person to deal with.TL,DR: disinterested staff, cold food, will make you physically ill. Avoid like the plague.

Partner ordered uber eats tonight. Order was wrong. Tried ringing the store but no one answered. Order the Hawaiian chicken burger but got a basic chicken burger with Bacon. Sorry you pay for a product and don't receive it. If products are out of stock maybe inform the customer or maybe staff need to take due diligence when reading customer orders. This isn't the first occasion. Will never be ordering from this store again. Very incompetent!!!!!

We have just had the best burger and chips. I had the western bacon cheese burger and it was beautiful. The staff member was helpful as we had never been here before. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Highly reccomend.

The restaurant is located on the main through highway so it's highly visible and central to Rockhampton.There is parking off street. Order food from the popular drive through. I ate in; the restaurant was clean and welcoming. There's a good selection of burger varieties.My meal was tasy and fresh; the chips were too salty for my taste. The milkshake was perfect. Other soft drinks are available.Wait times are reasonable. I'd eat here again.

i don’t usually leave reviews on google but i need to heed warning to anyone who plans on getting any sort of food from here.i am so so disappointed with the quality and service of this location. i moved here from brisbane recently. was excited to hear that there was a location here, thought i may as well give it a go.and oh boy, was it an experience. firstly, lady at the front counter was quite impatient with our order. she was an older lady. my nephew was taking a while to decide what he wanted because he’s a four year old… they do that. and she was extremely rude and rushed me. we placed our order and waited. food took 35 minutes to come out to us. this would have been fine if they were having issues or were busy. but they weren’t. there was nothing wrong with my burger, tasted the same as brissy. my sisters burger though… my god. the bun was covered in oil and sauce. the meat was dry and cold. the cheese had not even melted. onion rings were rock hard. she told me the bacon tasted old and off. and to finish things off. nephew was eating his tenders and halfway through we realised that they weren’t cooked properly. who serves half raw chicken to a child? on a quiet day? what kind of business is being run here? sister and nephew are both now sick. tried to call the store to make a formal complaint but no answer.

New customer. Young lady on Drive through was very helpful and courteous. I ordered a veggie burger ($10) which took a little while (not too long really) to cook. Staff member apologised for wait. Food was tasty. Only disappointment was hot chips. They were soft not crunchy. Overall, good service, tasty food. Would go back.

If it was possible 0 stars, I will have put it.So sorry for this place, but it’s literally a scam.No taste, no quality, no love… nothing.Go somewhere else or even, just don’t eat, it will be better than spending money here.Will never come back,This “food” if I can call it like that, is not good at all.Look at that picture !Weird steak, soft chips, old bread….Please read the reviews and don’t be attract by the 3$ burger… this is how it looks like.
