The Beauty & Brow Parlour Roselands Shopping Centre

I want to make a serious comment about the poor hygiene and safety practices in this beauty bar. A lady who did my eyebrows on a Thursday 2.30pm did not only provide a very poor service, but did not practice hand hygiene while she was sneezing and sniffing around me. When she was threading my eyebrows, she sneezed, blew her nose in a tissue and did NOT wash her hands before she touched my face again. Absolutely appalling especially in this COVID-19 pandemic where it’s crucial to stay at home if you feel any symptoms. You shouldn’t be putting customers at risk nor make them feel uncomfortable when delivering your service. After the brows, she didn’t even apply aloe Vera gel and didn’t give me a tissue to wipe off excess brow hairs - she just told me to leave. Never coming again!!! This is beyond horrifying.

Came back to the Roselands store for an eyebrow threading. I used to come here and it was great but started using the Bankstown store as it was near work. Firstly store states it is open at 9:00am which the employee didn’t arrive till 9:20am with her child which is fine as I know how hard it can be as a working parent with children.I questioned why the eyebrow threading had gone up as I still pay $10 at the Bankstown parlour and previously when coming to the Roselands store. She advised that she is not sure why. Questionable given response from owner claimed it had not gone up in the last review. Maybe string is more expensive in the beautiful city of Roselands perhaps? I proceeded as I was already there.As she started threading her child kept interrupting which was very unprofessional until her husband picked up the child. I understand that it’s hard working when you have children but would have been more than happy to wait till her husband picked up the child before she started which wasn’t long after.The end result was very poor and no soothing gel was offered after she finished. Will not return and would encourage everyone to go to the Bankstown store for their price and professionalism.

This is the worst place to visit.I have been there with my wife and the lady with glasses was very rude she asked us to wait outside for next 30 min as she went on her lunch break and locked the shop.We waited outside for more than an hour and no body turned up and we left.Zero star for this rude behavior and I will make sure all my family friends won’t come here again.

Made the trip from the city multiple times only for them to close long before scheduled time. Super frustrating when Ive spent more than 50 on Uber each time I go only for them to be closed. Also made the effort to come early in the morning a few weeks ago for them to tell me their eyebrow lady was not there today… a brow parlour without a brow technician. 1 star is generous! never been exposed to such an unorganised franchise

The women is always on her phone & taking breaks making you wait while she’s on the phone. Leaves a note on door will be back by a certain time & she lies & says another 10-15mins on top of it while she’s laying in the back room.Shes LAZY !The one with glasses, no head scarf.One time she left note saying be back 2:45pm waited there 30mins still not there came even 2 hours later she wasn’t there but lights were left on & her bag was on the bed in the back room.Hope she gets replaced !!!Oh also hygiene very poor & also always closing the shop earlier than closing time !

If I could give minus stars I would. The place was empty & the beautician kept me waiting while she was on the computer & restocking her display window. I should have left at this point however I thought I would be a little more patient. The beautician approached me & immediately started to perform threading on me without asking what I wanted. I then got up & left leaving behind a few choice words. DON’T RISK IT!

The owner needs to know that the workers are bringing this place down.When Mahek and others were working here, it used to be good.Nowadays the workers shut the door and have breaks multiple times throughout the day.Monday 326pm, the door has been shut for 20 minutes now with a sign saying lunch break.I opened the door to check if someone was inside to have the worker yell that she was on her break and to leave. When I asked her for her name to tell her boss about this happening regularly, she refused and shut the door to the office. She is extremely rude and lacks the people skills to make your business thrive.Won’t return and be taking my business to the threading bar upstairs where they are open during opening hours and have better service.P.s. I’m waiting for my service at brow beauty hub right now and they have 7 people waiting for services before me.

Honestly the worst place ever I arrived at 4:45 pm when the shop closes at 5:30pm the lady was sitting on the couch on her phone I asked are you open she goes no I’m closed I’m like it’s not even 5 and you close 530 she goes yeah I’ve already closed the register rubbish place this new worker she’s closing an hour early to sit down and bludge on her phone honestly disgusting she should be fired. I always come here never like this the other girls are so good this one rubbish she’s just sitting on her phone to pass time to leave at 530 instead of closing when she is meant to fire her!

Always so nice whenever I come visit to get my eyebrows threaded. They always do a great job and my eyebrows last longer between appointments

I come here as a regular and am always really happy with their threading service. The ladies are really lovely, caring and do a great job every time.
