We needed a custom solution to our basement waterproofing problem. We called several waterproofing companies in Perth and the only ones that came out tried to sell us way more than we felt we needed. AWS was the only company that actually seemed interested in addressing our unique concerns. When Joe came to our premises, he was prompt, professional and he actually listened and observed as we outlined and demonstrated our situation. He then offered his assessment of the problem and proposed a solution that made absolute sense. The price was fair and reasonable. There were no high pressure" tactics and at no time did he try to talk us into a solution other than that which met our unique needs.On the day the work was performed

Please listen carefully. Carlos and his team are horrible to deal with. I wouldn't trust them in my worst enemies house. I could go on, but why bother? Do yourself a favour, go with anyone else!! What he left us was a nightmare and blamed anyone and everyone but his substandard product and tradespeople.

Dont have your company details on your car if you cant drive like a decent person

AWS service is overall pretty decent, as they done a great job of waterproofing. However, they took way too long to finish the job.But over all is pretty reasonable.

Avoid at all cost, I don’t think they even deserve a single star. Please don’t hire them as the experience will be completely unprofessional. Only service they excel in is wasting your time, energy and money by providing substandard services. Our small balcony repair work has turned into a nightmare and now after 4 months, we are in a more difficult situation than before. Thank you AWS.

Terrible company to work with. Entered our house numerous times with no permission and no notice. Terrible attitude and communication. Stay well away from this company. Made our leaking issue worse than it originally was. Have had a really bad and stressful experience with them and has been ongoing for weeks

If the services provided by AWS Services in Perth was anything like their drivers in company cars they would be rushing projects, cutting corners, being impatient and putting peoples safety and wellbeing on the road at risk. They tried to tailgate me at one stage, then proceeded to overtake a car whilst cutting off another car in the process which led to that car slamming their brakes on and the car behind almost smashing into it. If you are driving a company car, be more cautious of how you present yourself because it doesn't look good at all.
