Club Wyndham Airlie Beach

We stayed at Club Wyndham Airlie Beach, and this place had panoramic views. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant had a good menu and was very clean. The recreation area was a great beautiful pool overlooking the beach. I will not comment on other rooms, but the one we had wasn't clean. The couches had stains on them, and the mattress we had was horrible.

Incredibly relaxing stay with very accomodating staff. From the start, the welcoming front desk staff as well as Owen and Helen regularly went above and beyond with a smile and to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Erin and the reception staff were accommodating and made great recommendations for activities in town.The room was slightly dated and could’ve done with some overall maintenance up keep however it was incredibly helpful having 2 AC units to keep the rooms comfy. Food options for lunch and dinner were great and while breakfast was tasty, it would’ve been nice to see some sweeter items permanently available.Overall a really wonderful stay and would recommend :)

Every single staff member we interacted with was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Marcos in particular was lovely. The rooms were beautiful with great views off the little balcony. Only detractors taking it from a 5 to a 4 stars from me; were the room service and restaurant menu was a little limited and the accessibility for my mother was quite difficult, just something for others to be aware of if they struggle to walk distances and stairs.

Amazing views!!! Lovely room and the food was delicious and very clean. We really loved our stay here and will certainly be returning when we come back to Airlie Beach again. Also excellent choice of music played. Thank you ☺️

The rooms themselves are fine. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Some of the furniture is showing its age a little. Great views of Port Airlie. Quite a steep drive to get too and a little out of town (if wanting to walk there). There are some outside parking bays for larger 4wd / utes as some of the undercover parks can be a bit tight especially if hotel is busy.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean. The view was spectacular from the balcony. The amenities were well thought out. The facilities were refreshing and relaxing. The staff were were very hospitable and professional. Had cocktails by the pool for happy hour most afternoons which were delicious!Cons: We did have to ask for the rooms to be serviced if needed-booked for 7 days-thought this might come automatically after a few days. Pool area was small. The beds were harder than we liked but a decent size. The food wasnt great.All in all was a delightful experience.

Loved our time here n I am sure we will be back. Awesome views, the food was great. Found a the Biggest little Huntsman on the wall walking back from dinner.

Had a wonderful stay in January in the Presidential Villas. We were nervous before staying due to some of the reviews referencing restaurant quality and other things but we found nothing wrong with the place.The restaurant food was amazing we ate dinner most nights at the hotel and even after dining out we found the food no better elsewhere in town. The staff were lovely, especially Owen and Italian lady whose name we didn’t capture.Breakfasts were great and were not small portions at all. Staff were really accommodating to any amendments.Would definitely stay again!

The included breakfast is good. Meals made to order and about 10 options plus as much cereal, juice, instant coffee as you want.
