I will NOT recommend you to book this “ Motel”.1. The rooms don’t look as nice as they do in pictures. The floors are full of HAIR and they say they clean it every time anyone checks out but they DONT clean the rooms2. Customer service is horrible here. We ask for them for the internet password for the past 5 to 6 hours but they still haven’t responded

Honestly I think the owner is really smart about putting someone on the screen giving them two dollars a hour its more better than giving 35 a hour or something. Even though this motel does not have the best out warnaambool its still really cheap, i actually did enjoy my stay. Even though the reviews are not the greatest you cant expect a 5 star motel out of the cheapest motel in warnaambool, most of the reviews are just people always sooking about how its not a five star even though its the cheapest in warnaambool (500 iq move) Anyway I think this place is good for its price.

I stayed there for 1 night. It met my expectation. I took two rooms. One Queen and one standard banglow. This is a very old model but still the rooms were clean and tidy. The staffs are cooperative and friendly. Their communication was also good by sending the door lock code well before our arrival. Good and clean common kitchen facility. I must say value for money. Visit sometime in future. Highly recommend.

For the price, it was great. Beds reasonably comfy. Room clean and tidy facilities provided were also good. It was a hot night and aircon was more than adequate!

Zero Star if possible.Very very dirty rooms.No wifi connection.No staff to help around as well.They keep sending you magical SMS for all your issues.. whatever it may be ..... and you have to figure out your maze . I have a new born and I was trying to figure out help not one was bothered to help or clean the rooms.There is a virtual reception and she keeps puppeting what her manager says.Please do not book this motel and ruin the little peace you want to gain during your vacation

Horrible dirty place and extremely expensive with rude staff.Any time staff or man who is doing cleaning/manager (extremely rude guy) enters the room without notice as rooms has no lock from inside . Unsafe for families or ladies . Never recommend to anyone , better sleep in the car as it’s completely different what was shown in photos.

The hotel is set up, to be a safe bed and central area to all of the attractions in Warrnambool. If u want to chill near pool all day, it's not for you. If you want to see all attractions and just need a cheap bed to sleep in, it is for you. Good fishing is about 200m away.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and motels as a touring musician and this is right up there with the worst. Bed feels like a BBQ Grill with a flat sheet on top of it. And internet connection given in arrival kit doesn’t even reach the room.
