These guys are outright amazing. I’ve moved several times over the years and couldn’t ever say I had a great experience. Something has always gotta give when you move houses or apts. not with this team. Everything from friendliness, communication, prompt arrivals, energetic crew, compassionate approach to the stresses of moving and even accommodating the silliest things. It’s all accounted for and looked after. You may experience a bit of a rigid approach when booking but don’t let that turn you as the team on arrival is seamless. These guys also do packing if you need, it’s so worth it - especially if you have kids. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have already passed on their number to 3 friends who needed to move over summer. Total 5 start package.

Juan and Marcos were the ultimate professionals, and probably the coolest removalists I have met!! They were super friendly, clean and very respectful. I was recommended them by a friend who had moved just before me and I was super happy with the service. I highly recommend Rodrigo, Marcos and Alef from Step-up Removals who did a great job helping me move house. They were efficient, polite and trustworthy. They took great care with my things (nothing damaged or broken) and were really helpful in installing appliances and dismantling and rebuilding beds.I would definitely use them again.
