Sadly we are moving on from this veterinary practice. It used to be great and we have been going here for nearly 9 years but this past year they have totally gone downhill.It is impossible to get an appointment and last time I tried to get on the wait list I was told there were 45 pets waiting before ours. When you do get an appointment there is a rotating door of different vets so you never see the same one twice.Last time we took our dogs here they had to have their bloods done 3 times as they managed to screw this up twice!!Just left us with no confidence in this practice.

Absolutely lovely and kind help for a lost 12 year old cat that I'd taken in for help and assistance.I've actually adopted the cat and look forward to many years of her life with the wonderful assistance from the Greencross vets assisting in her life and wellbeing.

I've been taking my dog Olive to this vet since she was a pup, and today I called to book her an appointment as she has an ear infection. I know things are difficult given the current circumstances and I just wanted to pop on here and thank you all for everything you do. The gentleman i spoke to was super informative; I forgot to grab his name, but I really hope this reaches him. Thank you all for your service, unfortunately sometimes essentials workers hard-work can go unnoticed but I want you all to know that its appreciated on our end, thank you for looking after our furry little friends!! -Olive and Tamzin

I would give zero stars if I could. From not paying attention to a cancerous lump which killed one of my dogs and instead charging 2k for a dental saying it was an abscess (didn't even bother testing it), to MULTIPLE instances of not calling us to advise of a diagnosis or change in medication, and an instance not even considering another of my dogs had cushings disease (when a referral vet told me this immediately and visually).This place is not just sub-par in every way but absolutely disrespectful of you and the animal. No standard nor duty of care.Greencross Calwell is a very, very sad joke.

I have been returning there for over 2 years and every visit has been value for money, particular after my golden retriever was mauled and treated the same evening. As to what my dog thinks, she is always excited to go there, given the extra attention the staff give her. However the best new thing was discovery of the Greencross Vet 'Healthy Pets Plus Care Plan

Due to continued lack of support, inconsistent opening hours at majura Park, and rude practice manager at tuggeranong we cancelled our entire green cross subscription for our animals and went elsewhere to a lovely independent vet. I can empathise with their staffing issues, but not at the expense of the health of my beloved family pets.At the very least they need to manage expectations better and stop providing inconsistent information to clients.

Greencross vets Tuggeranong, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Go out of their way to explain everything to you and what is best for your pet. I've been going for years now and have both my cats under the healthy pets Plus program, which in my opinion is great and provides excellent value for money.
