Watch Station

I cannot fault the staff service at this store. I first visited around August 2021, then again in March 2022. Both times I bought a watch for myself. The second watch can syc with the Armani app which I had no idea how to use. The lady kindly assisted me with pairing my watch with the app and gave me some basic instructions. Amazing! I then visited a week later to replace a battery in an older watch. Each time I had different staff serve me and was met with a welcoming smiles. The day I replaced the battery I walked into the store 15 minutes before closing (rushed from work), and expected to be told to come back another day, but still, it was no trouble to assist me at all. Over priced watches with no options for price matching at all. Old collection of watches. Save yourself

Very rude staff. Poor customer service. The tall guy with glasses should learn how to deal politely with customers. Will definitely not buying there again.
