Prices aren't as fair as they used to be and the staff aren't as vibrant and talkative as the old ones.Update: they replied to me some BS about market trends but I can go on eBay and get near anything from their store cheaper including delivery with far better quality.Don't lie to your customers when your prices are as thieving as any other pawn shop

Shopped their a couple of times. Have great prices on games and consoles. They have quite a good selection for everything and they had games I have not seen in years at a good price, even some of the new titles are at a cheaper price than Eb games.Only had one issue awhile ago. When I had asked the staff member to put aside a headset, as they were looking for the dongle for the wireless headset, and told me to come in the next day to buy it as they were closing up and would find it the next for me. And as I came in the next day, they told me they had sold it already. Was disappointed but didn’t stop me from shopping there again.Great place to buy, and good prices on everything. Would recommend to shop here.

Smooth experience with click and collect. Staff are always friendly and it's not usually too crowded so browsing is comfortable. Good range of old 360 games which you can't get at EB anymore, and at a fair price too.
