Grace Loves Lace - Sydney Bridal Boutique

I would not recommend to buy a Grace Loves Lace wedding dress. The experience when trying the dresses on in the show room is amazing the stylists are super friendly helpful but the quality of the dress making is poor for the price.I bought a made to order dress so expected a dress made to my size. The measurements around the hips, waist etc sit within a 5cm range but the height is meant to fit perfectly. My dress arrived and was far too long for me. I had numerous back and forth with customer services who assured me the dress was made to exact measurements even though I sent them photo evidence of the dress being far too long.The dress also didn’t lie on me the way I was told it would when I tried the dress on in the showroom. The dress had a low back and you could see my underwear sticking out. Not the look you want in your wedding dress. Customer services told me it must have just been because of my body shape.As I was fighting a battle I could see was going nowhere I went back to the showroom with the dress to ask the stylists if they thought the dress fitted me properly. They agreed that it didn’t and also sent photos to customer services. I then had to go back and forth another number of times. Customer service still somehow claimed it was made correctly. The only thing they offered me was a $200 alteration voucher. The dress fitted me so badly I ended up selling it unworn for a fraction of the price.

Grace loves lace was my first bridal dress try on appointment. I had no one with me but the girls were so amazing! Very attentive and helped me decide which dress I loved best and never rushed me! Highly recommend even if you don’t have anyone to take!!

I would love to take this moment to tell you all about the most special day. It started with a gut feeling to book in to GraceLovesLace Bridal Store in Alexandria when I kept seeing their dresses on Instagram. I live in Canberra and was at a few bridal stores and not feeling very lucky.Before entering the store I just had a great feeling that I would find my dream wedding dress. After I walked into GraceLovesLace store I just knew this was it! This is where I will find my wedding dress. From the interior design, to the music and selection of dresses (detail and fabrics) I was blown away. The mirrors and the amount of styling rooms they had was incredible. We were welcomed straight away and taken into our own big room, where we were offered champagne with a little rose inside. The touch of detail made my mother in law and I feel very special. Then we were introduced by Anastasia and she asked me what details I liked about dresses and what I wanted to try and avoid. I then slipped into a silk slip where she did all my measurements and even double checked some. After that she came in with a couple of dresses explaining what each gown was called and what it was made out of. I knew from the moment I saw my dress on the hanger that it would be the one. I didn’t waste anytime and went straight to that dress first to try on. AND YESS!! I fell in love with it! The instant comfort I felt putting the AURA dress on and how beautiful I felt wearing it. I felt like a mermaid which was exactly the look I wanted. Beach themed wedding and this ticked all the boxes and it was a budget friendly store too. Reasonable prices for the quality of dresses. The best part was that I could order it pre-made so I didn’t need to go through the 6 month process of dress making and fitting whilst still on a weightloss journey, it completely reduced that stress. I could not have asked for a better bridal assistant like Anastasia. She was so down to earth, very beautiful and looked very professional. She was calm and not pushy or rushing me like I was another number. She took her time to give me her honest feedback and gave me good recommendations. She is a great asset to that company and clearly knows her stuff. It was a very intimate experience and I will treasure this memory for the rest of my life! So thank you GraceLovesLace for the experience of a lifetime!!! I cannot wait for my big day to wear this beautiful gown and glow like an opal in the ocean!Thank you thank you soooo much!!!Highly recommend for anyone getting marrieds to skip all the bridal stores and go straight to GraceLovesLace and I can almost guarantee you will find “ THE DRESS!!”

We attended the recent sample sale and all the staff were so lovely! The process ran smoothly and it appeared very organised. All the staff were helpful and made it a great experience for my first time trying on dresses. I was lucky enough to find a dress at an exceptional price. The showroom is also beautiful! Even though I found my dress, I’ve been tempted to book a 1:1 appointment to get the whole experience and try the dress with accessories as the staff were so great! Highly recommend!

I visited the GLL Sydney show room a few weeks ago and had such a great experience, the show room is absolutely beautiful and so is the team there! Loretta looked after my bridesmaids and I, it was our first bridal shopping trip and we had no idea what to expect. She set the bar HIGH! Took so much time and care with us, made brilliant recommendations and had incredible product knowledge. Can’t recommend GLL enough, their dresses are absolutely stunning, so flattering, comfortable and it’s such a lovely experience :)

Absolutely loved my experience at GLL. Anastasia made me and my party feel so welcomed. She was patient and professional, but also made me feel incredibly beautiful. I was able to try on many combinations of dresses and veils until I found the right one.Purchasing the dress was seamless and I have been supported during the whole process. The shop is beautiful and feels like a special occasion!

I had such a lovely experience at Grace Loves Lace in Sydney. They have a beautiful, intimate set up, meaning you don’t have to go into the public space to see you gown or show your friends (unless you want to). My stylist was Alivia, and she was so kind and attentive and my appointment even ran a little over and she didn’t rush me out but made sure I had the best possible experience. And I found my dream dress! Their dresses are so beautifully made and flattering. Plus, they stretch - which is such a lovely feeling to have in a wedding dress.
