Nike

Was served in the Broadway store by Violet today. Amazing service, super helpful and kind. Definitely excited to shop in the store again especially with service from Violet.

Excellent service by Benjamin at the Broadway Store. I came in after having some problems with a new pair of Nike. Ben, acknowledged the problem and exchanged these for a new pair immediately. He went above and beyond to assure me that Nike backed the quality of their products and the exchange was not an issue at all. He was so helpful and attentive I ended up buying an additional pair!!! Great staff, friendly and competent

Very friendly staff who understand our needs and suggest us the best footwear. Options are limited, but customers will be satisfied by buying the right product.

I can attest to all the glowing reviews of Ben's service. I had a couple of issues with a new pair of shoes I purchased at the store and Ben was super accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful over numerous visits. Ultimately, Ben helped me exchange my shoes for another type and it was completely pain-free. I work at another shop within the Broadway centre, and knowing I'd purchased the shoes for work use, Ben even stopped by to make sure I was still happy! I didn't expect such personal service from a brand as enormous as Nike, but I was happily taken aback.

Pete @ Nike Broadway is a G.He helped me exchange a pair of shoes my fiancé bought which were half a size too small.I didn’t have a receipt and they were bought in another Nike store. He called up the other store, got them to send over a receipt and sorted the exchange.10/10

I bought one Nike jacket and I paid $ 112. After wearing only for few times it got fuzz ball. They might be selling duplicate product so i don't recommend them.

I came into the store today to purchase some new clothing and runners.Greeted by staff immediately and incredibly attentive. I was served by Lachie and Jamie while they swapped over, even when noticing the store under the pressure. Both where pleasant to deal with unlike the past I experiences... but otherwise amazing work!. My first Australian Nike store. Keep up the good work Nike! Best wishes

Unreasonable business practicesI tried to redeem a voucher for some shoes. I explicitly asked whether they accepted the voucher. They said yes. They when I tried to use it on shoes they said the voucher excludes shoes. When I tried to use it on pants and a shirt, apparently it excludes them as well. When I asked what it does include they could not tell me. We had to scan many items to find what is included. Apparently socks, but they wouldn't let me buy $25 socks with a $30 voucher because the socks cost less than the voucher, even though the voucher terms clearly have no such condition, so they're just making up conditions not in the legal contract. The staff are friendly, but the management/owner are sneaky and mischievous with anti-customer terms.
