My experience was okay. Came in for a small dent repair. Repair area was done amazingly, however the door panel that they blended has some minor marks on them. Looks as though they used very fine sand paper to remove some minor imprints on the paint.This is a follow up. Lowry contacted me and requested I come in to have my scratches assessmented and then rectified. Few minor hiccups, but managed to remove all my scratches.Customer service was absolutely amazing and I do thank them for being patient.

Pathetic useless business who damages your car with their carelessness and incompetence the inside of the car was a pig sty and outside too. I had to take these guys to Consumer affairs. Go elsewhere

It's really worth looking into people's google maps reviewers profiles for more photo's, and glad i did, because i saw alot more photos from this place of similar damage and the job not done properly where it wasn't painted properly. Will not be back.
