Just moved into the area recently and so glad I found this place for my Brunch fix! Had the meadows breakfast paired with a coffee. Amazing! Staff were super friendly too, will definitely be coming back as a regular

McDonald's has better customer service than you guys. The staff member looked depressed she didn't smile not once while were there. She didn't know the menu. I certainly won't be going there anytime soon. Coffees were not hot. Food on the plate didn't match what ingredients were listed on the menu. They forgot a drink. When I went to pay all staff were in the back talking when coffee guy was trying to call out for someone to come out to the counter...it took at 5 minutes.Not happy paying a lot for food that the 3 of us didn't enjoy. The food on the plate didn't match what ingredients were listed on the menu.

Really nice coffee and food. I had the Butch Breaky Burger which came with hash browns. Did not disappoint! Highly recommend. Lovely atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing. Food was delicious, staff were great & the hash browns (my god) topped off an amazing experience.We have definitely found our go to breakfast spot.

Wow! Great breakfast today, it’s our 3rd time coming here and it was just another win. Being a barista myself, I couldn’t help but have a massive appreciation for the guy making coffees whilst serving and multi tasking the heck out of today. It was pretty damn busy and he didn’t skip a beat. The food was amazing and the coffee was unreal! And the glass store front makes for a beautiful well lit cafe which is quite enticing. Can’t wait to come back. 10/10

I'm sorry to leave a bad review but for $22 for the southern fried chicken burger, it was really not good :( We got two and both were not crispy and the chicken was so hard to bite or even chew. The chips were also very average, not crispy at all, sort of just floury.Iced latte was great though.

Superb food, cakes and coffee, with friendly and professional staff who want you to have an enjoyable and memorable experience. If you live nearby then you are lucky. If its a bit of a trek to Avondale Heights then its definitely worth the effort. My wife and I will certainly come again!!From Carlton!!

We were super impressed by State Line. The food was really delicious, coffees (and babychino) were great, and everyone who works there is delightful. We'll definitely be back (and next time I'll remember to take a photo of the Angeleno sandwich, which is going to become a weekend breakfast regular for me!)Addition: a photo as promised, but of the Butch Sausage and Egg, which was so tasty.
