I previously had a review reflecting feedback to particular staff at Gunn & Co. Anthony Gunn was helpful in resolving the matter and I have since had the opportunity to reflect and amend my review to a positive one in good faith. Thank you for your help, Anthony.

just like some of the reviews here - they do not care about tenants, it was a nightmare to end the lease there were not much on record no pictures just very simple checklist of the conditions at the start of lease (please do save yourself take as many pictures at the start) when it comes to end lease they would record every spot in the property and try to put all to your account.Well, unfortunately for Gunn&Co they Never thought of tenants would become Buyers! Thank you for the unfortunate service, we are now planning to buy our own property and of course they lost another buyer we will never to deal anything with Gunn&Co again Be Safe, Less Trouble, Stay Away from Gunn&Co.Reply to the owner Anthony:you are truly not aware of the situation and only follow up when it was all over and review posted here.There could be over hundreds of photos taken before the start of our lease but it was all within your internal department archives. It was never shared with us tenants in the conditions report and on the final inspection of our lease all the imperfections was suddenly happened to be on us. All proof only stands on one side only about end of our leasing but there was no proof to us of before commencement. My partner and myself only wanted the inspection to be over as soon as possible because every delay every day we were paying the utilities just to let the agent to do her work hence we agreed to rectify the issues as soon as possible and done with all.Understood you could be on very defensive mode here but it’s over, Anthony!Perhaps you could start to go through all your current leasing paperwork or digital files and photos and conditions reports with photos with your agents now rather than going back investigating all the past trying find proofs that we are simply posting unfair ratings and reviews on your company…no drama.All the Best!

Selling my loved family home was a huge deal for me, I met with most local agents and all were professional and I am sure that they too could have sold my house. The reason I went with Anthony was that I felt that he wanted the best outcome for me, not just a quick sale. He put me in touch with his handyman prior to me signing with him and checked on the progress of the works being performed, again prior to me signing. Once on the market Anthony always checked to make sure that I was comfortable with the progress. Ever the consummate professional I felt genuine care and friendship from Anthony. I would most highly recommend Anthony Gunn to sell your property.

I have had many dealings with Real Estate Agents over the years and have never met such genuine, enthusiastic, professional gentleman as Anthony and David. I am in the midst of buying a house and they have been so generous with their time and energy, allowing us to take the whole family along to see if it's the right house for me. I would give 0 star if possible.These guys try to rip you off at the end of leasing. I have been leasing for many years with many different agents, always seeking for professional end of lease cleaning when moving out and never had any issue with bonds. These guys apparently have a very different standard. They will try to get you pay for everything that they somehow found in the property.Just remember to note every damage or wear or tear regardless how minor they are in the condition report when you move in.Just a friendly reminder to the leasing team staff here: please do the right thing, don’t lose your integrity because of the job and the company you working for…I will avoid Gunn & Co in the future.

This agency should be shut down for lack of care, not following rental guidelines and property management malpractice.They refused to rectify issues for tenants in a property that had serious building defects.They have been reported to VCAT numerous times for this per the many similar reviews.

I have used Gunn and Co for managing my rental property and they are fantastic, super helpful, hard working and easy going people who have done a great job with helping me out. Thanks everyone !
