All I can say is, just don't do it. This company is happy to take your money, but 'slow as a week' to get any information or help from them in regards to claims. Make yourself a cup of coffee if you need to call them. I won't be insuring with Allianz again.

UPDATE:Finally got my car repaired" if you can call it that.Sent with car in with panel damage and have received the car back in worse condition. Multiple electrical issues with head lights

I couldn’t be happier with Allianz. The guy we have been dealing with has been outstanding - fabulous customer service. We have never had to claim home insurance until recently and I thought it was going to be a drama / fight. Lucas was solutions-focused, clear, factual, punctual, transparent and the best of all - just seemed like a happy, confident employee of Allianz. We were kept up to date regularly and never had to ‘call back’ to chase anything up because even the contractors were efficient and communicated well with us and with Allianz. At this stage,We are Allianz customers for life!

I had hit and run accident and made claim to Allianz 6 months before, there's nothing solved yet. I sent my dashcam video and police gave them information of other vehicle driver, but I can't understand why I haven't got refund back my excess fee that I didn't make any fault. I feel Allianz don't care their customers and they don't have capability to solve this dispute.

Terrible customer service. How do 3 allianz customer service operators give me 3 different quotes for exactly the same thing, when I want to make changes to details on my policy? Within 2 days my quote went up by more than $200. Really poor service Allianz.

Do not waste your time with this insurance company. They do not value their customers, and you will be chasing your claim every step of the way. Customer service does not actually exist as no one completes their job and you will be waiting for weeks on end.Pay the little bit extra and go to a better insurance company that will actually value their customers.

If I could give them a negative start I would. Worst customer service I ever had. Took them 5 hours just to get my car tolled. You can’t get hold of them on the weekend easily. They would make you wait more than 2 hours for a technician to come and assess your vehicle (not even regional area). Then, another 2 hours for the toll to arrive… this is just pathetic. Furthermore, when you try to call them, you simply would have to wait another 45min for your call to get through. They only cover 20km within the place your car has broken down + no assistance with taxi or anything. Nothing of this was mentioned when I was getting the membership . I would NEVER recommend this provider to anyone not even my worst enemy. So disappointing

Do not waste your time with this insurance company. They do not value their customers, Base premium went up 40% on one of my cars and 38% on the other car I ask why no straight answer given, they are more happy to cancel your policy then discount it, Just an greedy insurance company, so I cancelled all my policy 2 cars ,CTP and house and contents.

Too expensive in regards to Home & Content insurance. Doesn't give discount or take into regards that you have a few policies with them.looking at other reviews there seems mainly very negative feedback to Aliance. Also it seems that customer service is a automated response version to respond to a disappointed customer. Yet there seems to be no change to how they are willing to make amendments to their policies.Also older people are not taken into consideration via a phone call to discuss issues. Rather we get directed to an online process or website to vent our issues.I feel I can safely speak for the majority of the elderly who don't like technology and speaking or typing out to a machine. I would like to speak to a person who breaths and bleeds and has compassion and is able to communicate.
