Great service and knowledge from Anthony without being pushy for the sale. Very welcolming, friendly environment with a nice range of products to view. Will definitely be back for a grinder when the time comes.

MAURO! what can I say. a fantastic salesman. Has a great understanding of coffee and the machinery/equipment that would be better suited in all variations of todays coffee market. didn't try to sell me what I simply didnt need. Im a mobile vendor who in my 10 years previous experience in hospitality have had dealings with the team at espresso works. They were always lovely and knowledgeable. Being back in the game under my own side venture im very greatful i came straight back to what i know and had mauro help me out.

Awesome customer service. No pushy salespeople here. Just a down to earth crew from the owner (who is happy to share his knowledge with the customers) to the parts team and everyone in between. Super helpful and great prices to go with it. Highly recommend!

Bought a Bailetti cafeteria from Rob and had a product issue which he went above & beyond to get replaced for me. Will happily recommend to anyone needing coffee machines & services.

EDIT: From 2 stars to 4Received a call from Espresso Works to discuss my situation, and went through everything in detail again. I was offered to have my machine collected and checked over again and returned at no cost, which I declined as the machine is all good now.I'm fairly confident that Espresso Works are committed to providing good service, based on this conversation and their other reviews. Unfortunately it seems that I have just been unlucky with my dealings. It is still disappointing that I was let down, but the team at EW acknowledged that and were keen to make amends. I appreciate that they took the time to get in touch with me to follow up.Still undecided on having the next service done here, but in 6 months time I may feel more comfortable._____________________________Original reviewHave had two poor experiences with Perth Espresso Works O'Connor so won't be returning. Purchased a machine through the Rivervale store which was a good experience. Picked up the machine from O'Connor which was fine.Had an average experience when I took the machine in to O'Connor for the 6 month service, no big deal but wasn't particularly impressed but the staff were very apologetic at the time and I was happy to let it go.Just had the machine in for the 12 month service and an issue with water flow. When I picked up the machine I asked about the water flow issue and was told yeah yeah its all good". I didn't push for details as the staff member appeared to be in a bit of a hurry to move on. At the time I was happy to give them the benefit of the doubt that they had found the issue and fixed it.Turns out it was not resolved

Upgraded from a SAB Alice ( great starter machine ) which was serviced so quickly & now extremely happy with the ECM Synchronika. The machines arrive bench tested so just fill and go ! Also really happy with advice on a new grinderThanks Espresso Works !

Recently purchased a Rocket Appartamento coffee machine. It's a fabulous high quality coffee machine. The pre sales advice and after sales service was and is excellent.I highly recommend Espresso works .Gordon F

Just had a SAB Jolly installed at my new premises Glowing Rooms. So stoked about the machine and the installer young Sam did an amazing Job explaining everything in detail. Wish more businesses would focus on such great Customers Service as Espresso works. From choosing the right machine that fits my budget to installation and follow up. Perfect 10 if I could give them a 10

Purchased a Rocket appartamento last week from Mauro&Rob. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and I am very happy overall with my purchase. The only thing I wish I was told before I purchased the machine is the mandatory 6 month service to keep the 2 year warranty valid as it's adding extra cost and it might have changed my decision on purchasing the machine if I was told.
