I went to trinity for my micro, I was really nervous because I’ve been to other salons and was made to feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. Trinity was so welcoming and made sure I was relaxed and I honestly had such a great experience. Will definitely be going back to her for more treatments!!

I had a great treatment with Jessie , she really knew what she was doing and the results she achieved were amazing !I’m looking forward to my next treatment to get rid of my sun damage !

Staff are always helpful and nice. Always feel welcomed and they do a really good job.

Customer service over here is terribly bad. They book you in just for the sake of booking. Everytime have to wait for 30 mins and even after that they are rude to you when you complain about it. They just have 1 excuse that its just 1 person to help.They need more staff and rather I would say respectful and helpful staff.Stuck on here because have already paid for it. Never coming back after this and nobody should I think.

Results clinic is amazing but i wouldn't recommend going to the knox branch, they always make you wait even though you have an appointment like up to 30min wait.They rush the appointment and don't do a good job , also the girl burned some of my eyebrow :/. I've had too many bad experiences with this place overall.

I am regular customer at the knox clinic , and today i had Homeira , who did my laser :couldn't be more happier and satisfied. She was very helpful, would definitely recommend her

I have read many experiences like my own and will never recommend this place to any of my family and friends. It’s all about the money and not customer satisfaction. I had a blemish on my face and was sold 2 procedures to remove it totalling over $600.00. After a few sessions I advised staff that it was not working and was encouraged to continue along with trying another procedure. I rang head office to express my concern and after many months had not heard from anyone. My complaint was put in writing and it still took them a few months to contact me. I was told they do not give refunds and the reason was that I completed the treatment. Unbelievable !!!! After much discussion I was offered one free treatment for something other than my complaint. I have heard from other people about their stuff ups and once my current treatment is finished I will be taking my business to their opposition at Knox City. I see a huge opportunity for customer focused development here but agree with others that it is just about money for them. Management do not care about their customers. I will not be giving them any more business

I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this place for my laser hair reduction treatment and got offered one free session when they stuffed up my treatment once and burnt off some of my eyebrow hairs. But after I’ve had my free treatment, the manager tells me she never spoke to me about this and that they never offer free treatments. So now I’ve to either pay for it or they can offer me 50% off for that treatment instead.Why would I lie about one small treatment when I’m willing to spend so much for my treatments honestly?? They should make some notes on their system if they’ve offered someone something or at least check it before they finsih my treatment.The previous staff and managers at this place were amazing and the only reason I kept coming back. But the new staff is very unprofessional and rude and just about the money for them. They don’t really care about the clients even if they’ve been coming in for over 2years.I would never go back once I finish all my sessions because obviously they’re not going to refund them either. I Highly recommend going to another place if you’re looking to get laser hair reduction done.

Disgraceful customer service. Horrendous booking system. Booking online, only to arrive and be turned away saying you don't have an appointment. Happened to me on 3 occasions. Why I have an online booking service if it doesn't even work!!!? Booked in my last appt prior to the sessions expiring, only to be told I had to pay on the day.Young woman at the counter isn't too blame, but she states if I don't pay, that she'll have to pay out of her own pocket? Apparently there was no one around for her to call to clarify.. And I have to call head office to sort it out during business hours.. Which I remind her will take hours to get through to them as everytime you call you're either hung up on or on hold for more than an hour. She offers me a 'direct' number to get through to customer service.. Hmm, why isn't there a direct number for ALL customers to contact!? Don't bother booking with this disgrace of a company. Take your money elsewhere.
