Daniel was great when installing a new hot water service a few years ago. But trying to get him to do some work for me now(June 2023) has been a far cry from his previous standard. I have tried messaging, emailing and calling, all to no avail. When he actually decided to take my call, promised to come the next day, but NEVER turned up (this happened twice!) And not even a callback or message to say he wasn't coming (i had to take time off work with no pay) Obviously he goes to where he can make the most money rather than trying to help someone in need of his services.

Daniel was great. He responded to an emergency call out on the Saturday morning, advised his time frame and stuck to it, which was really helpful and appreciated.He did a thorough job of fixing a toilet blocked from a tree root, not just fixing the issue, but checking where and how it was caused so it could be fixed properly.Daniel was really friendly, patient and professional.I would definitely use Concept Plumbing again.Highly recommend

We recently hired Daniel to do some plumbing repairs around the house. We were extremely happy with his services. All his work was done professionally and very reasonably priced. Daniel is great to deal with and we would highly recommend his business.

Daniel was affable and competent, he listened and appreciated I was interested in what he was doing. Didn't pressure me or upsell, just diagnosed my issues, resolved them swiftly, and wasn't reluctant to explain what he was doing and why. Something I appreciate greatly.He fixed my pipe blockage (sewer line) and my downspout blockage to the storm line and did some exploration so to head off any potential issues in the future AND gave me camera footage as a record. 10/10 will call again.

I was very pleased with the service provided. We had a bad case of blocked drains and Daniel did a fantastic job in helping us out. He was very friendly, patient, and finished the job in a shorter time than expected. Daniel is awesome, he is good at his work. On time arrival, provided reports, photos which helps for a lay man to know the plumbing issues. I would highly recommend him for any of the job. Good on you mate, keep up the good work.

Daniel was fantastic. He fit us in when we had an bit of an emergency plumbing situation and was very good at communicating with us about when he was arriving and also the issues we were having. I cannot put into words how amazing dan and tim are. Dan did a thorough inspection of plumbing issues at my house. He advised the best solution and the outcome was better than i expected. Dan is very skilled professional and takes pride in his work. He went over and above to make sure everything was 100%. Its hard to meet someone with such attention to detail, courteous, kind and helpful. Dan and tim were very kind and patient even with all my questions. They were great company and I learned so much from them. Honestly the stressful work became fun with them around.I would highly recommend them to anyone who need their plumbing needs addressed. We had a blocked sewer and obtained several quotes from different companies. Daniel’s quote was competitive. We chose this company because of his communication and how he explained the process and how they promised to come asap. They certainly come quickly. Tim and Medi were nice, professional, upfront with the cost, kept us updated and patiently explained what they were doing as they went. They were also thorough with the job- even cleaned before they left! It is very hard to find someone trustworthy in the trade nowadays. We have had bad experiences previously. Happy to have come across them. Will definitely be asking for their service again for our renos. We definitely highly recommend them!
