The team at Verdouw Electrical was fantastic to deal with, they completed a number of jobs for us including new downlights, a new fan in the bathroom and a number of new power points around the house. We have used Verdouw Electrical many times now and cannot rate Brad and his team highly enough. Brad is always punctual, easy to reach, professional, knowledgeable and - my favourite - neat & tidy! He always cleans up after himself, which not all tradies do!Brad has done everything from replacing down lights, wiring a new bathroom, adding new fans above showers, mounting heated towel rails, powering an electric gate & shed to installing everything electrically needed for an outdoor spa. You name it, he can do it with a minimum of fuss at a competitive rate.

I found Verdouw Electrical online as I've just purchased a little place on Bruny Island that needed a new hook-up and don't have any contacts in the area yet. I'm so glad I trusted the many five star reviews because they are all obviously well deserved!I have been very impressed by Brad's professionalism and high quality of work, and intend to use Verdouw Electrical on any future jobs I have coming up in Southern Tasmania. Communication in the lead up and after the job were great (phone, text and email), and there were no issues with turning up when he said he would, accurately billing or having questions answered which are the big ones for me.Saying that, while all those things are important, the big test for me when working with any trade is how things are handled when not everything goes to plan. Brad had a chance to prove himself early when we had a slight hiccup" in the first hour of the job when an excavator hit one of the transmission lines and cut off power to my new neighbours (not the best "welcome to the street" situation!). Brad handled what was a very stressful and potentially dangerous situation in a way where I never felt worried as the client that things weren't going to be handled properly

Would recommended without reservationWe were fortunate to have Brad as our electrician when we built our new house. He was friendly, hard-working and trustworthy. He was always available to provide useful advice. Nothing was a hassle despite us making a few changes. He was flexible and reliable, fitting in with the builder and other trades. He obviously holds himself to high standards with his workmanship, and we are very happy with his work in our house and shed.
