Absolute disappointment after 2years living ,many here for more than 2 years still developers not intrested in providing community services like atleast a park and playing equipments for kids.All just on paper

Highly recommended the project and also the team is very supportive always there to help.. mainly Eliza and Emily were so amazing at their work and customer service definitely looking forward to invest in future again..

Good place to build a new house in 2021.

The developer is keeping the best Lots for themselves. The land Lots with very small frontage and irregularly shaped corners are being offered to the public.Also Flippers have entered the Australian real estate market. These are investors who grab land and property and sell it back into the market at a profit. They're making big money but at the expense of hard working Australian families who can no longer afford a proper house with decent land size due to the skyrocketing prices. The government should step in and take actions to stop the market being ruined and manipulated by developers.I have tried to purchase land at Akuna vista but gave up because all the good size lands are reserved by the developer.My advice: don't buy such overpriced and small land Lots and wait for the market to drop or the developer to offer something better.
