Ningana Motel
Good, cosy motel for a short stay. Bit old and outdated but pleasant enough and central to everything. Book direct for 30% off- saved us $150 over our 3 night stay. Man on reception was friendly with suggestions of things to do in town.

Moderate price clean, well kept has a microwave and fridge and shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash, TV, alarm clock, lamp. Staff are friendly, the Mudgee Tour Bus wine tours was excellent. 3 bedroom townhouse for an extra $60 is an upgrade option. Coles, Irish pub, cafe, coles, servo are all within 50m walk. Plenty of 24 hr parking on or off the street.

Was less than impressed with the heritage houses, power points that didn't work, mould in the bathroom and the electric blankets didn't work. Pass mark for the location and shower but that's about it.

Our boat club booked 16 rooms at the motel and found the place met or exceeded our expectations. Ben as Mein Host was great value and Sally at the front desk went out of her way to assist our large group. Whilst rooms are traditional country motel style, all our members were more than satisfied. We even booked the 3 bedroom cottage was was great. The absolute best aspect of the Ningana Motel is its location, everything within walking distance.

Absolutely atrocious..Stayed here for work and the rooms were tiny, outdated and filthy. Your sink is also the bathroom sink, you're not allowed to change the temp on the heater/air con, showers were cold, no room to dry yourself in the bathroom, manager/owner is disrespectful. Highly advise you to stay elsewhere.

Great location , could walk everywhere during the day. Only 5 mins drive from the wineries and races. Ben helped sort us out with transport, highly recommend! Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable!

Nice and clean. Good amenities - microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery/crockery, hairdryer, etc. Also gave us a little bottle of milk when we checked in. Handy location - very short walk to centre of town, with supermarket next door. The only downside was that it is quite close to a couple of pubs - could hear the music from our room - was fine for me, but might be an issue if you're a light sleeper.

Well appointed, walking distance to everywhere in town. Clean, good air conditioning. Parking is nothing flash and a bit tricky with tradies trucks and trailers. The kids loved YouTube on the telly.
