We used Bega Legal (Ranald Riddell) for the purchase of a property in Bemboka. The property was complicated by being an “auto console property”.Ranald negotiated for the property to be transferred into a standard title at no extra cost to us, and avoided us having to do an expensive paper settlement.Unfortunately, there were delays (months) with NSW land titles office, but the conveyance rate remained the same.Ranald kept us updated throughout the process, and pushed for updates with the vendor solicitor. I used Ranald Riddell (Bega Legal) for a criminal law litigation matter. We won the case based on Mr Riddell representations to the ODPP / Police. There was found to be no basis for the charges and they were subsequently withdrawn.I would recommend Mr Riddell (Bega Legal) for any court matters.
