I was stoked with the service, it was proactive and helpful.However I questioned the size of the oil filter I received at point of sale and was reassured it was the right one.Went to do the service and it was far too small supposed to be ROF36 and got given a much smaller oil filter. Haven’t had the chance to go back as I don’t live on the Sunny Coast.

I've been here a few times over the last few years. They've got a good selection of parts and are usually able to help with any questions.Unfortunately, every time I've been to the store I've felt as if I'm an inconvenience to the staff who have no people skills whatsoever. I don't know if they're underpaid, overworked or just miserable in the presence of others. I don't expect to be treated like a prince but a smile and a a 'hi, how can we help you today?' isn't much to expect, is it?Even though I'm an racq member with a repco club card I think I'll try somewhere else as next time (and probably the time after that).Id recommend trying somewhere else before shopping at this place.

I find repco the same as most these days. If it's not laid out in a computer it's nearly impossible. Gone are the days of great hands on knowledge. I was even told I was wrong when I told him what part I needed for my vehicle. So under the advise of the computer I took the part home and it was the wrong one. Maybe I'm not so silly after all.

I reported a road rage incident to the manager and he then told me over the phone a complete different story was told to him by his worker and he didn’t believe me, I’ve then sent him video evidence of her attacking me thinking she is untouchable as she is a woman. I’ve reported this to the police as the manager failed to comply with his basic duties if reprimanded.
