Out in the Paddock catered and event managed my husband and mine's wedding. It was amazing, it was a sit down marquee outdoor wedding in the city.Planning: Ray is so lovely and he came to our house each time to discuss and help plan everything in the evening/on the weekend since we both work, we never felt like we were being pressured or pushed into anythingDecor: Decor exceeded all of our expectations, it was beautiful and seamless, with the hire and set up of all the furniture and the flowers were stunning. Afterwards they returned everything to us and organised return of all furniture to hire companiesFood: (Standing) Canapés (Sitting) Mains and Entrees I have received so many compliments from all of our guests, and everything was prepared in a kitchen the team brought in since the venue didn't have kitchen facilities! They even picked up some desserts we ordered from a favourite deli of ours.Drinks: We wanted more than beers and wines and OITP delivered with an easy to access and quick moving bar, all of our guests were liquored up with espresso martinis and other cocktails all night and had a great time on the dance floor!We highly recommend Out In The Paddock and their services and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future events.

Ray and his team are wonderful caterers located in Adelaide. The food is amazing and presentation unlike any other caterers in Adelaide. His food and the way it is presented is theatrical and experiential. Ray is accommodating of new ideas, flexible and offers great suggestions. He is prompt to reply, reliable and has a great team of wait staff. Highly recommend Out in the Paddock catering for your next event!

Ray does a fantastic job of hosting special and hi end events

Hard to begin, I’ve got too many good things to say about Ray and OITP. We had our wedding catered by Ray and his team. From the start, Ray was brilliant. His knowledge and enthusiasm immediately helped lower my partners stress levels. Nothing was too hard, the food was exceptional and his staff did an amazing job. Throughout the night his staff and Ray himself constantly checking on us and working flat out to make sure everything was perfect. Cannot speak highly enough! No stress perfection.

Ray’s vision is nothing short of extraordinary for the Soho Supper Club. Such a unique atmosphere and creative experience every time. My only wish was that there was more bread with the cheese wheel for the entree. So good to see council allowing visionaries activate spaces in and around Adelaide CBD for winter.
