Took my Range Rover here several times and was told it was the Diesel PF. Their software is either outdated or a copy. After $1500 and still not fixed they recommended another part replacement. When I questioned this the comment was “I just fix them not make them”. After asking around I was referred to a specialist in Keilor and the problem was fixed. No more limp mode and factory resets.

My car had major problems. They do their utmost while keeping me honestly informed and with more than reasonable bills

The service was terrible.Took my Mercedes Van to them for diagnosis of engine light and oil leak.At first the receptionist was rude and was not keen to take the car, after waiting for 3 weeks, they took the car and charged me $145 and advised there are no issues.If there are no issues where the leaks coming from. The engine light is still on.I recommend you to don't take your car to this place.Take it to somewhere, where they actually want your business and willing to give you the service that you are paying for.Very bad service.

Updated review. I got my Mini Cooper S serviced here 9 months ago. Overall I was not happy with the service. The main service was fine and came in a little under quote. However, I had a grinding noise when braking which I told them about and suggested the brake pads might need replacing.I spoke to the mechanic when I picked up my car and he told me about a few other issues with the car (tyre noise due to wheel alignment being out) that will need to be looked at in the future. He seemed quite knowledgeable and explained things in a friendly and helpful manner.He told me the grinding noise was normal and the brake pads were still at 50% so didn't need to be replaced.Within a week the noise got worse to the point I was worried to drive it. I contacted them and told them about it. They said I could bring it back to get checked in a bit over a week. I needed my car for work so couldn't wait that long. I also had metal shavings on my back wheels.I ended up taking in to Doncaster BMW service centre. They checked my brakes and found I had no brake pads left at all. They replaced them on the spot and they grinding noise disappeared.I will be going to BMW service from now on.

Great place to get my Mercedes serviced. Been going there for a while now. Friendly counter staff and not your typical try to get you to spend more money" type of store. Good quality work too!"

2017 Mercedes glc 220d annual service. All works carried out as per factory requirements and new front brakes fitted.Highly recommended, I'll be back.Special thanks to Ray and Justin for looking after everything.

I took my 320d in to have the e-brake and bonnet release repaired. The e-brake I was told would fix itself, and Raymond acknowledged when he handed the car back that the bonnet release still did not work as it should, but was better.

I was taking my performance series Volkwagen to these guys for at least a few years. When I came to sell my car, was getting questions asked by potential buyers about the scheduled services - including transmission servicing, and whether it followed VW recommended intervals.Of course" I said
