This dentist is amazing! He has completed some major work for my family over the years and most recently undertook a surgery that saved a valuable tooth. Only Anand could do this! He has invested in training and equipment far beyond what you would expect in Darwin. This means he can do things no one else can, direct in his surgery.I recommend him and his team to everyone I talk to about dentistry. He is that good!

The dentist fixed my root canal and at half the price! I kid you not. I’ve had three teeth that required root canals all with multiple appointments all failed costing thousands. He fixed my latest one on one visit plus one consult. Could’ve saved thousands if I’d just gone there first. I would even fly back to Darwin from Brisbane next time (as I’m only here on contract). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It can take years to find a competent AND honest dentist, this is your guy

Dr Anand and his team are amazing. Very professional and helpful. I had a complicated issue with my teeth, which demanded a lot of visits and time. The end result is astonishing. Dr Anand is a perfectionist, as I am, and he exceeded my expectations. The office is a state of the art, high end, well equipped place that added confidence to the whole experience. I have never in my entire life been to a dentist where I have not been absolutely petrified or in agony. I was originally terrified of going to the dentist which resulted in me not going for years and despising my smile. Thank god I found Dr Anand & his team as not only does he take extreme care of his patients in making sure they are comfortable, he is also a perfectionist! (What more could you want) The beautiful set of veneers he created me are incredibly natural & flawless there is no possible way to tell they are not my original set. The precision he puts towards creating the perfect smile for his patients is next to none and I would not suggest to go anywhere else.

Expert, cutting edge, and superlative dentistry. I needed urgent and careful repair of a broken tooth that I suspect was from a 40 year old baseball injury, and emailed a half dozen dental clinics in Darwin during the summer holidays—hoping somebody might be open. Dr Anand wrote be back first, and provided thorough advice on options (pending a full consultation) and suggested a treatment that would involve using the broken (but intact) tooth, combining it with an implant and graft, and (if all went well) not requiring a long, drawn out process to be completed. I now write with my original front tooth, anchored and alive, and surrounded by healthy gums. His team were always friendly, and their small clinic is comfortable and welcoming (and off the beaten path). My procedure took the better part of an afternoon, and a 3-month follow-up visit confirmed that everything was in wonderful shape—and my smile remains unimpeded. I really am am all smiles about Extreme Dentistry, and the response and care I received there. I hope I never need them again, but they would be the first place that me and my teeth call.

I can't thank you enough for your kindness, professionalism and perfectionism today. Your staff are professional, approachable and courteous. I've had dental work done here, other clinics in the NT and on other continents. I have even worked in dental clinics over the years and nothing I've seen for others, or had done to my teeth, matches your quality and attention to detail. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I noticed as I scrolled through your reviews that at least 99% or more of us, who have sat in your chair, think the same as I do.

Absolutely amazing service, everyone is so kind and observant. Most people don't enjoy the dentist, but they are so assuring and understanding the whole way. Dr Anand is very honest and will only charge you for things you actually need done. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!They even have a TV on the ceiling while they fix your teeth!

My reason for a 5 star rating - Dr Anand Patel is a perfectionist .Highly skilled . Implants , veneers crowns to fillings all perfect and lasting.The surgery is like stepping into a resort. I have been attending as a patient for years . I’m so happy with all the work done and would highly recommended Dr Anand as my dentist to all .

Dr Anand and his nurse team are incredible. I just moved to Darwin, and had no idea where to go to have dental work done as I didn't know anyone in town. Upon arriving I felt more like I was at a Day Spa than at a Dental clinic. I was warmly greeted, made to feel relaxed and calm with friendly professionalism, treated to an ice cold drink of my own choice on arrival, and handed a steamed hot towel with essential oil to refresh as I left!Dr Anand was entirely thorough but did not take too long to get everything done as well. He has invested in the latest cutting edge equipment, making the interior OPG X-Ray completely quick and comfortable. I had to have impression moulds taken of my teeth to be fitted for teeth whitening trays and Dr Anand used a 3D imagery machine to take a virtual replica of my teeth on a screen. Fees are extremely reasonable, and itemised invoice was emailed straight to me. Automatic health insurance rebates are available with a HICAPS machine as well. Thank you for such excellent service. The trip to the dentist which I normally dread was made so pleasant, I felt I needed to share and recommend.

Scared of dentists? I was petrified! I spent the first appointment crying in the car, I then took 12 months to work up the courage to get my teeth work done. I could not be happier! Now the work is complete, I will actually miss Dr Anand, Tracey and the team. Always welcoming smile, great explanations and good chat makes the time in the chair feel like a morning tea with friends. Well worth the $$. Thank you for helping me overcome this childhood fear :-)
