A stunning facility coupled with amazing customer service! Our puppies stayed for a couple of weeks while we travelled interstate - our boys were so happy, healthy & clean when we picked them up. We will definitely be repeat customers and highly recommend. A+++!

Northside Pet Resort
We had to have our kitten watched for our first holiday with him. I can’t recommend Northside enough from the moment we arrived. Booking him in was easy, the staff were so comforting that I knew he was in good hands when we left and said goodbye. Same again upon pick up, the humans were so likeable! Stitch was happy and calm and looked like he didn’t have a care in the world! Thanks guys, you took really great care of him, and the facilities were very lovely! Well done, and a big thank you :-)

I’ve been leaving my kitty fur babies here at times for many years. The new owners are lovely people and they have made some great improvements to the cat area. They are very organised and nothing is too much trouble. My babies were able to come out during the day and play in the lovely community area. It’s great being able to go away knowing my babies are being so well looked after.

Our puppy stayed her for the Easter Weekend and he was well looked after. Staff are lovely and so accommodating! Max has found his home away from home! Would highly recommend Northside Pet Resort.

Our fur baby has just finished 10 days at Northside Pet resort, recently taken over by a wonderful couple. Loved the photos of Paul’s coffee in the mornings with all the dogs.Our buddy had a great time and we will totally be back and looking at day care too there. Thank you for looking after our boy.

I cannot rate this business highly enough. Amazing facility - so modern and clean - and the new owners are not only extremely lovely people but are also genuine animal lovers. From our first contact, we knew our little old and blind fur baby was in good hands. We definitely recommend Northside Pet Resort.
