Our experience with the entire team here was fantastic. Staff are all very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. All the vets we have seen were great at explaining each step of treatment to us, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend the clinic.

Thank you Port Macquarie Veterinary Hospital for your ongoing care of Molly (our little chihuahua x). Brought her to the vet on New Years Eve as she had fluid in her lungs and a heart murmur. Dr Tim took great care of her and put her on heart medications. Molly has improved and celebrating her 14th birthday today. So grateful that Molly is always in good hands at Port Macquarie Veterinary Hospital.

The nurse we saw today for our two dogs i think her name was Ruby,very thorough and very knowledgeable with advising us which direction to go, would recommend to anybody. Ruby was a excellent nurse.

I switched to this vet because you can tell that they all genuinely love animals. The staff are informative, patient and hilarious. Parking is easy, there is heaps of waiting room space and they run on time. They actually take the time to read your pet’s history before the appointment starts and keep detailed notes.

I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic more highly. The veterinary and clerical staff demonstrated nothing but care and respect of the highest level to Paku and her human family.

Great service. I have been there twice. Once with a cat I was minding for a friend, and a second time with an injured bird I found. They were great to deal with both times. With the cat, their costs were really reasonable and were really understanding of the fact the owner was overseas and not involved. With the bird, even though it was a pigeon, they were eager to assist and it didn't appear to be a drama for them.

Deserving of Five Plus StarsAs pet owners, we have had the opportunity to deal with many veterinarians over the years. Dr. Tim Reed is without a doubt the best. We have never met a veterinarian as caring and gentle as Tim. We found him to be attentive, honest, extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and compassionate to the decision we had to make, which was not easy to make. His advice was complemented by his unwavering support. There is no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this clinic. This clinic's entire team is just outstanding.

We saw animals which we haven't seen before at other zoo's. Loved feeding the camels, its a must visit.
