Rudest Receptionists, as someone who works with people I am shocked with the lack of effort performed with rude comments and unnecessary attitude. Whoever is in charge needs to seriously consider who they’ve employed, Doctors absolutely lovely just a shame that the receptionists are making my family leave this clinic.

Extremely happy with the service here. Staff are helpful and friendly. The doctors , although busy still take the time to listen. Appointments can at times run behind but that's because they are doing their job

I had been waiting for a very important appointment for awhile and I turn up with my children cause I had no baby sitter and was told I couldn’t have my appointment as my children were not vaccinated…..1. They said they forgot to tell me this on the phone 2. My children are that young there isn’t a vaccine available yet.I’m Absolutly disgusted. Then …… my “normal” doctor orders an important test….. I ring to book an appointment for results and the doctor has just left the clinic for good! … so I booked in with another doctor no worries…. It comes to the night before my appointment which I had been eagerly waiting for and… I get a phone call to say the doctor I’m booked in with won’t see me as I was the other doctors patient….. so I say again why could no one tell me this on the phone when I booked the appointment in the first place! So the. I had no appointment for my results!!! ….. this clinic is by far the worst I have ever been to! And I will not be back!

I found out I was pregnant at the medical centre before my appt, I told the doctor (not my usual doctor, as he had left the practice), she said you're only pregnant...come back when your 9 weeks pregnant". I was totally disregarded. I knew I needed blood tests and other tests to be done but she didn't listen. I went to another medical clinic and got all the tests

Accidentally rang here instead of Latrobe and the receptionist was so rude. I don’t even go here and this is the worst medical centre I’ve talked with lol

Its sad to see the bad reviews and complaints of some people who came to this medical centre, as it is the most efficient, friendly, professional and helpful reception staff and doctors. I'm receiving medical assistance from and with them for many years and would not exchange this at any time for other medical facility.During the COVID times these health services and health workers worked so hard to keep all of us patients safe and went out of their way to assist myself and I know many other patients to be seen by a medical practitioner. These medical staff and doctors put their lives on the line to be available to many of the patients and people attending and making appointments for themselves and others needing help.Congratulations and Thank You all at the Traralgon Medical Centre, for your dedication, hard work, friendly and kind assistance shown to me and many others through all the trauma and dark times. Grateful patient.

Treated my 2 kids like they were infectious and dangerous because being under 12 they are unvaxxed - wouldn't even let them step into the clinic when I arrived to get my whooping cough vaccination for impending arrival of new baby! .What danger are they to people if everyone else is vaccinated? And even the vaxxed can carry corona virus?? Doesnt the vaccine protect people? Over the top if you ask me and the clinic are needing a reality check, they are kids. Will not be returning.

Rude staff have no idea on how to deal with the aged patients reception staff really need to be replaced by reception who have some empathy no point putting in a complaint basically got told turning away an aged woman is fine when all she needed was a prescription and made her feel hopeless as she doesn't own a mobile phone disgusting behaviour not what was said but the manner in it was said rudely if I could give zero stars I would been a patient for years the quality of reception of late has been appaling

It makes me sad to read Google reviews from clinics that do not care about people and only themselves.I am totally blind and did not want to wear a mask so I went to the toilet and took it off when they spotted me with it off I was questioned I did not want to stick around to start an argument so I just left because all of the others had a mask on anyway. What people have to realise now is you do not have to show your vaccination status so if you get asked this don’t show itThe ones who likes his clinic and don’t care about these other bad reviews that’s written they’re obviously vaccinated and they agree with what the government says
