UTS Building 10

Disappointed with one of the staff member. He was being so rude and his voice always gets loud when is talking to you. He never smiles and dont have sense of customer service at. He answers before listening completely what my question is. I know that some issues are not in student centre's capacity but atleast you can respond nicely to not make us feel disrespected. All staff members are great towards students. They will smile at you and make feel important, which is great. I dont know his name but he is tall heavy guy. If you dont like your job just dint work, atleast dont take your frustration out on us. I would have asked other staff member to listen to my problem but we dont have the privilege to choose ourself. Before visiting student centre I was feeling great but all my mood was spoiled and I am feeling uneasy. However, I will sleep it off and Pray that I dont the same guy in future.

I have no idea now why I initially found this building so incredibly difficult to find! Then again, a lot of buildings can be a dangerous thing for a young little mind like mine.Food, drinks, couches, chairs, cafes.Beautiful green outside area to sit or lie down during breaks.Inside seating and eating available.Lecturers and teachers always amazing and willing to help in any way that they can.Very accepting and helpful of diversities and disabilities. Great support services and understanding, willing tutors.

Decent couches, good bathrooms and lovely Bagels. Come up to level 4 if you're feeling lonely ☺️

A bit hard to navigate but state of the art facilities and location.

Great modern building. Finding rooms can beer confusing. Good facilities
