Inconsiderate and rude. Commenced construction works prior to legally permitted times. When confronted with his breach, he was rude and arrogant. There are better, more considerate operators out there. One to avoid. Despite his claims in the response, this review is for the correct business. His vam and trailer were parked directly in front of where they were working. Perth city council are investigating the breach of law. Not only is he inconsiderate, he now appears to be dishonest.

Great work stripping damaged tiles in my kitchen/ dining area, left a smooth surface to replace with floorboards and ensured they protected appliance and other rooms from dust. The guys worked hard on a hot day and did a great job cleaning up. Exceeded my expectations, highly recommend Gun

I found Gun through The Goog, and while it was highly recommended, initially had tile removal quoted as part of a new floor install.However - Gun's quote was not only far better value, but their communication was top-notch, quick off the mark, and had the job finished far before their competitors could find the time to answer their emails. They listened to what I was hoping to do with the flooring in my unit, and kindly provided solutions and prices to give me options and data to make an informed decision. They didn't have to do this - it was just considerate problem solving in action.I spoke with Dale regarding my tile removal, and he was honest and upfront about the likelihood of damage to things around the floor (kickboards, etc). I expected to find pieces stripped out everywhere, and thought I'd be finding a plasterer and carpenter.You can imagine my surprise when I saw the outcome of Gun's demo work - one singular chip in one small under-cabinet tile. In a decently twisty room, with plenty of rubble to clear, they left the place in near-flawless condition.This is a company that clearly values its reputation, and works hard to make it diamond-crisp.
