RAA Mile End is conveniently located and has off-street parking. RAA is a South Australian service and brand that many people trust. The counter staff are friendly and helpful and I always feel like a valued customer. There are many handy maps, travel accessories, camping gear, luggage options and other products on display. I've used the travel service on several occasions and been mostly happy with the advice and deals. RAA travel insurance is outstanding if you are a member. I do feel that face-to-face service when making an insurance claim is warranted BUT sadly, it's the usual phone only option. I cannot fault the excellent handling of my car insurance claims - broken windscreen, rear end collision and carpark bingle. All dealt with quickly and fairly. I find that RAA team leaders are willing to listen to feedback and take on board suggestions for a better customer experience.

I had the pleasure of meeting Gerd for a child seat install.He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable!I felt very well informed and very confident with the safety of the install.Definitely recommend.

It is the services that you most need when you have a car breakdown or need assistant about your holiday plan they can help you with travelling advices as well car insurance. I have been there member over 30 yrs and never had any complaints thank you for there services.

RAA Elizabeth was a busy place. Two staff at the front desk. The lady who served me had computer issues. I turned around behind me and saw that there was a long line of people behind me. It's not my problem!I usually use my phone or computer to solve problems. But this time, I had to pay a deposit on a trip I booked. It was sad that I couldn't transfer the money between my bank account as I only received the payment quote the day before, It didn't allow me to do this. So I had to go in.

Customer service is not the best. Women serving needs to be more pleasant, smile, greet customers. If you don't want to be there I am sure there are others that would love this job. Still debating about going elsewhere to purchase child car seat & have it installed as haven't paid.

Had RAA trade assist do some work on my property. Re pointing and replacement of broken roof tiles. Due to rain could not fix first time round and had to come back on another day when not raining. Great service, Came on time as promised, completed job in minimum amount of time. Could not fault the two gentleman that came out to complete the job. Service excellence, good value for money.Cosi cavbiz director.

Seat fittings section was phenomenal as per usual. Was here almost 5 years ago and the level of skills and service could not be faulted. Especially this time having a 4yr old running around while seats were done, very patient and friendly staff.

Not sure if this is the main RAA in Adelaide but it's certainly a one stop shop for all RAA needs.Helpful staff as tips expect in a place like this.

I broke down miles from anywhere just south of Coober Pedy, and needed a tilt tray. Whilst I’m an NRMA member from NSW, . Bec from the RAA Greenacres office was absolutely fantastic in coordinating with NRMA and organising for a tilt tray to drive the five hours from Port Augusta to retrieve my vehicle.I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service levels from Bec, going well and truely above and beyond to get my vehicle and I back to civilisation.Highly recommended.
